WILL I KNOW WHICH HOTELS I WILL BE STAYING IN BEFORE I GO?
We shall send you a complete list of hotels at the time of confirmation of our services and before asking you for payment.

Before we book a hotel for our travelers, our team visits it and inspects it from top to bottom. We Finalize a hotel only when it meets our standards for comfort, value, location and that little bit of flavor that can turn a stay into something unique.

Yes Ofcourse at YHT we appreciate high standard of business as well as social ethics,So any traveler above 60 years of age, traveling alone or with group can avail Flat 15 % discounts on all Holiday Packages.
What do you mean by "Per person on twin sharing basis"?
This means the rates are for one person, when the accommodation is on twin-sharing, i.e., two people are sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rates, please contact 1860-500-5566 for these rates.
How do I know that the hotel room I have booked is confirmed?
Bookings made on Your Holiday Tour are absolutely confirmed. You will be sent a confirmation email upon completing the booking. You need to carry a print of this email at the hotel while checking in. In case your hotel is "On Request", we will work on the confirmation and get back to you within 3 business hours
I have booked a Holiday Package,when will I get the vouchers?
10 days before the actual departure date, will be sent to you by e-mail, or 5 days after receiving complete payment.
What are the check in and check out timings?
Most hotels in India usually have a 12 hour Check in and Check Out timings. Though there are some that may allow an early or late Check in / Check Out, it however depends on the availability of the rooms that the hotels might have at their disposal during that time. Furthermore, there are also chances that a hotel may charge you for a further one day in case of an early check in or late check out. What are the different mode of payments you accept?
We accept all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, most major debit cards issued in India, as well as Net Banking payments from most major Indian banks for online bookings
For hotel and holiday bookings, we also accept cash, cheques, drafts and wire transfers. You can get in touch with our customer care helpline for more details on the same. Please note that these payment modes are not available for booking domestic flights, rail and bus tickets
How do I get my driver and car details?
The car vendor will send your car and driver details via SMS, 40 to 60 minutes prior to departure. In some cases, the vendor or driver may also call in advance to coordinate with you.
